The house and its contents were in pristine condition. Someone had painstakingly spent hours upon hours crafting this tree skirt. They had sewn their initials and year made 1994 by the opening of the tree skirt. The condition is excellent with no tears or missing jewels, beads or other embellishments. There might be a couple of tiny spots, but its so clean, I struggle to find them.
